Greetings to you, in God’s love.

The Music Ministry at St. Stephen’s extends to you our deepest sympathy. We want to support you and your family during this time of grief and provide some solace in your sorrow. We have a Memorial Choir that ministers in song at funeral liturgies. Our Music Minister will assist you in selecting appropriate music for the funeral. Listed below are hymns that our parish community knows and frequently sings at funerals.

Please select only two hymns from the below list. The memorial choir director will select the other musical pieces for the liturgy. If you would care to make more selections or if there is a specific song you would like included, please discuss and the Music Minister will attempt to accommodate you. If this liturgy has been preplanned by the family, we will also try to accommodate those music selections. Additionally, if you have no specific music preferences, we will gladly make all the selections for you.

If you would like music at the Funeral Liturgy the fee for organist/pianist is $75; the fee for cantor is $50. As a convenience, these fees are normally included in the funeral home fee.
